La salida de control de la presencia de haitianos ilegales han aumentado en toda la República Dominicana, desde que el presidente, Danilo Medina, se entregó al gobierno de Haití y a la comunidad internacional sus demandas para detener la deportación de todos los haitianos ilegales durante 18 meses. En una isla con una frontera imaginaria con unos 800 soldados para proteger a más de 380 kilómetros de las fronteras, es muy fácil violar para los miles de haitianos que entran a República Dominicana.
En las carreteras de la región del Cibao y en otras áreas, se puede ver los camiones y autobuses llenos de ilegales haitianos que llegan a diario, todos estos nuevos inmigrantes ilegales están tratando de aprovechar el Plan nacional para documentar los inmigrantes en el país, un plan que 90% de los dominicanos no aprueba, pero el Gobierno de Danilo Medina se ve que ha escuchado más a Haití y la Comunidad Internacional, en lugar de la mayoría de los dominicanos.

Este aumento de la presencia de los haitianos en el país ha hecho que la mayoría de los dominicanos que claman por ayuda de las autoridades, debido al aumento de la violencia, los crímenes, la destrucción del medio ambiente por los haitianos que cortan miles de árboles al año y la creación de cientos de arrabales dentro de todo el país como si fuera otra República Dominicana, especialmente cerca de zonas turísticas, tales como Bávaro, que han visto un rápido aumento en los crímenes contra turistas y dominicanos, de esta manera afecta a la economía principal de la del Turismo!, y el envío de una visión muy negativa de la República Dominicana, para muchos países europeos que no saben que se trata de haitianos y no de dominicanos.

El grito de ayuda de miles de dominicanos que exigen la deportación y el derecho a tener acceso al trabajo, la escuela, los hospitales, han caído en oídos sordos de todos los políticos de ambos partidos principales PLD y el PRD que se niegan incluso a hablar sobre el problema como si, el problema no ha tenido lugar, el PLD (Partido de la Liberación Dominicana), que han estado en el poder durante los últimos 14 años, los peledeístas no han hecho más que aumentar la presencia de ilegales haitianos, ofreciéndoles atención médica gratuita, educación gratuita, y todos los puestos de trabajo, que las élites tienen que ofrecer a una mano de obra más barata que han sustituido el trabajador dominicanos en violación de las leyes laborales del país.

Se sigue hoy mismo permitiendo entrar muchos haitianos, para que estén planeando con la ayuda de más de 100 OPG pro-haitiano o en español ONG, para obtener documentos dominicanos por millones, una situación que puede ser muy peligrosa, si se tiene en cuenta la amarga hostilidad entre ambas naciones . Uno de llorar por sentirse deportación invadieron de nuevo, y el otro diciendo claramente .. "nos estamos quedando, te guste o no." Para entender mejor la tirantez entre los dominicanos y los haitianos lo único que tienes que hacer es leer su historia de violencia y la desconfianza mutua. o leer los últimos artículos de periódicos y ver los comentarios entre dominicanos y haitianos. Para que importa peor, los políticos haitianos y los historiadores como Reinseinthe Paúl Joseph, dijo abiertamente que si Dominicana nos guste o no los dos países se unirán como una sola, una declaración que provocó muchas reacciones airadas de los Dominicanos que recuerdan su historia y los crímenes que los haitianos cometido cuando los haitianos invadieron el Estado Dominicano nuevamente independiente en febrero de 1822, apenas 3 meses después de la Dominicana obtuvo su independencia de España en diciembre de 1821 y también el genocidio de 1805.

En un momento, cuando todos los países del Caribe le dan la  espalda a Haití, y deportan a los haitianos que llegan a sus países, a República Dominicana la han atacado en todos los frentes por las mismas naciones que no permiten la entrada de los haitianos, y llevando la campaña de los ataques es el Gobierno de Haití, llamando a los dominicanos racista e incluso xenófobo, Haití una nación que han recibido innumerables ayudas de laRepública Dominicana, especialmente después del terremoto, con estas acciones el gobierno haitiano ha despertado la animosidad y la sensación de que los haitianos son malagradecidos y sus enemigos. Los ataques están diseñados para obligar a la  República Dominicana a absolver a los haitianos ilegales, y para asegurarse de que el país reciba la mayor cantidad de haitianos como sea posible y documentarlos como dominicanos a fin de que la República Dominicana, sea la válvula de alivio de presión de Haití de toda la pobreza es, una política que tiene la ira del 90% de todos los dominicanos, que se sienten traicionados por su propio gobierno, que tienen más ganancias financieras en los contratos de reconstrucción de Haití, que en la protección de las personas que propios de los problemas de Haití y el desempleo, y la carga de las arcas nacionales.

The out of control presence of Illegal Haitians have increased all over the Dominican Republic ,since President, Danilo Medina ,gave into the Haitian Government and the International communities demands to stop deportation of all illegal Haitians for 18 months. In an island with an imaginary border with about 800 soldiers to protect over 300 kilometers of borders, it is extremely easy for thousands of Haitians to enter the DR.
In the roads to the region of Cibao and other areas, you can see trucks and buses full of illegals Haitians coming in daily , all these new illegals immigrant are trying to take advantage of the National plan to document immigrants in the country, a plan that 90% of Dominicans do not approve, but the Government seen to have listened more to Haiti and the International Community , rather than the majority of Dominicans .

This increased presence of Haitians in the country have most Dominicans crying out for help from their authorities due to the increase in violence, crimes, the destruction of the  environment by Haitians cutting down thousands of trees a year and the creation of hundred of chanty towns all other the DR, specially near tourist areas, such as Bavaro, which have seen a rapid increase in crimes against tourist and Dominicans, this way affecting the main economy in the Dr..Tourism!!!, and sending a very negative view of The Dominican Republic, to many European who do not know that those are Haitians and Not Dominicans.

The cry for help from thousands of Dominicans who demand deportation and the right to have access to jobs, school, hospitals , have fallen on deaf ears from all politicians on both main parties PLD and PRD who refuse to even talk about the problem as if ,the problem is not even taking place, The PLD ( partido de la Liberacion Dominicana), who have been in power for the last 14 years , have done nothing but to increase the presence of illegals Haitians by offering them free health care, free education, and all the jobs , that the elites have to offer to a cheaper labor force that have replaced the Dominicans worker in violation of the labor laws of the country.

Now ,the same party ,PLD have turn it back on the People and allowed as many Haitians to come in , who are planning with the help of more than 100 pro- Haitian NPG or in spanish ONG, to get Dominican Documents by the millions, a situation that can be extremely dangerous, if we take into account the bitter hostility between both Nations.. One crying for deportation feeling invaded all over again ,and the other clearly saying.. "we are staying whether you like or not". To better understand the animosity between Dominicans and Haitians all you have to do is read their history  of violence , genocide and mutual distrust. or read recent news papers articles and see the comments between Dominicans and Haitians. To make matter worst ,Haitian politicians and historians such as Reinseinthe Paúl Joseph, openly said that whether Dominican like it or not both countries will be united as one , a statement that brought many angry reactions from Dominicans that remember their history and the crimes that Haitians committed when the Haitians invaded the newly independent Dominican state in February 1822, just 3 months after the Dominican gained their independence from Spain in December 1821 and also the genocide of 1805.

In a time, when all Countries in the Caribbeans have turn their back on Haiti, and deport any Haitian that come to their countries, The DR have been attacked in all fronts by the same Nations that do not allow illegals Haitians ,and leading the charge of the attacks is the Government of Haiti, calling Dominicans racist and even xenophobic , Haiti a Nation that have received countless aid from the DR, specially after the earthquake, with such actions the Haitian government have awaken the animosity and the feeling that Haitians are ungrateful enemies. The attacks are design to force the hands of the DR , to make sure the country receive as many illegals Haitians as possible and document them as Dominicans in order to make the DR , Haiti's pressure relief valve of all it poverty , A policy that have anger 90% of all Dominicans ,who feel betrayed by their own Government ,who have more financial gains in Haiti's reconstruction contracts , than in protecting it own people from the Haitian problems and the unemployment , and burden to the National coffer .

A recent article in the Listin Diario ,show how most of the influential members of the PLD have gained 30% of all the Reconstruction contracts in Haiti, and according to UN, the reconstruction will cost US$7-14 billions Dollars. A very large sum of money in the hand of the PLD policy makers, and a very good reason to keep Haiti happy, even if it take sacrificing the Nation.
There is no doubt the invasion by illegals will continue ,with the help of the International community ,who found the perfect place to dump the Haitian problem , while they guard, their beaches and airport against any Haitian trying to escape The Hispanola, and of course with the help of the Dominican and Haitian elites, who are working together to keep their endless supply of cheap labor in detriment of the Dominican people., the question is .. How much longer before this ethnic bomb explode in total violence??, while the powerful make millions and the poors of both Nations are left to fight for the few resources , jobs, schools and services in the Dominican Republic.

Estos poderosa declaración muestra la verdad detrás de muchas de las políticas utilizadas por los gobiernos para controlar la gente, 'Esta es la herramienta vinculada, dijo que su distrito electoral para ganar poder o esconder su verdadera agenda o política sobre el tema.

Ahora volviendo al tema de La Española, el fracaso de la Nueva Aplicación de la tasa estatal electoral incluso 2 años de retraso, y el presidente Michel Martelly, enfrenta constantes protestas exigiendo que dejara el poder, la noticia de la corrupción sin fin en su gobierno, el Departamento de Estado de EE.UU. mostrando su decepción por su falta de acción para hacer frente a la corrupción, las drogas y EE.UU. el mayor temor de revivir el “éxodo del Mariel que fue un movimiento en masa de cubanos, quienes partieron del Puerto de Mariel, en Cuba, hacia la Florida,  Estados Unidos entre el 15 de abril y el 31 de octubre de 1980”,  debido a la abrumadora pobreza en Haití, que se alimenta de la destrucción de los páramos ingleses, la deforestación ha eliminado el 98% de los bosques en Haití, causando caos y la migración masiva e increíble de cientos de miles de haitianos a la República Dominicana en pocos meses, señala mencionar otro cientos de miles o millones de cuantos ya existe, todas estas personas en situación de pobreza extrema que cruzan a la República Dominicana o está tratando de escapar a América del Sur, las Bahamas, Jamaica, EE.UU., Europa y Canadá han creado el desastre humano el peor en el continente americano. Haití se han convertido en la papa caliente que nadie quiere enfrentar, y que tienen un apoyo abrumador.

 Recibir "Sobre el papel, y en muchas reuniones" pero hay una respuesta real a sus problemas, que se hacen por las Reglas y Reglamentos del Banco Mundial o aun peor, la del Fondo Monetario Internacional y otras instituciones financieras que obliga a los haitianos a consumir  productos de otros países, en vez de ayudarlos a ellos en su lugar la creación de las granjas y tener su propia planta de alimentos.

En el otro lado de la isla y a pesar de todos los nuevos problemas que crea el gran peso que significa la recepción de estos cientos de miles de migrantes ilegales, es la República Dominicana, el país que ha logrado el avance más significativo en su infraestructura, la educación y la democracia, pero se está amenazan con eBay arrastró hacia abajo con el peso de todos los nuevos inmigrantes ilegales y sus necesidades y problemas, el sistema de salud dominicano está colapsando debido a los cientos de miles de haitianos pobres procedentes de su país que llegan a usar  el cuidado de salud gratis, escuelas libres, encontrar puestos de trabajo, e incluso utilizar la cocina del gobierno para los pobres. Este año el presupuesto para atención médica de hsaitianos será US$ 270 millones millones de dólares, el año pasado, el año pasado pasó de US$130 millones de dólares sólo en salud a los ilegales haitianos, que van a parir en la República Dominicana, y que esta cifra no incluye a hombres pero, los niños y los hombres están usando tambien las atenciones primarias de manera masiva. Además dejando a más de 50.000 niños haitianos cada año que no vuelven a Haití con sus padres y ahora la ONU y otras organizaciones están tratando de presionar y obligar a dar la ciudadanía Dominicana para nacionalizarlos también.

¿Cómo es que este caso está siendo tratado por la comunidad internacional?

En es un camino de una sola vía, y lo ven muy sencillo y conveniente para la comunidad internacional, se debe documentar como "dominicanos", todos los haitianos como sea posible, esto el lo que están  haciendo estas organizaciones como las Naciones Unidas, la Corte Internacional de Derechos Humanos, la USAID, europeos y nuevos grupos están ejerciendo presión sobre el Gobierno dominicano y las autoridades para documentar muchos cum cum Cuando alcanzable incluso purpúreo la Constitución, TC y Bi-Nacional Tratado entre Haití y República Dominicana. Una campaña bien organizada para influyente del país, e incluso la gente normal impide ser dominicano en el lugar durante unos años, pero con el colapso total de Haití tras el terremoto,  se reafirmó el  “Fracaso del Nuevo Estado”, esta agenda de quien fue el República Dominicana es ahora más intensa y más abierta con sus ideas de hacer de Haití por parte de la República Dominicana.

 La última campaña nos bloquear a México fueron una revista publicó el artículo con el titulo El apartheid de las Antillas, la desnacionalización de República Dominicana es más de 200, 000, un número que no aparece en el Registro de acuerdo con la Junta Central Electoral y el número de personas afectadas por el Constitucional corte es de aproximadamente 30.000. El número de ese grupo de haitianos se negó a aceptar y hacen un llamado a condenar a la República Dominicana y de las tarifas de llamadas boicot presiones sobre el tipo de turismo dominicano al país a renunciar a la búsqueda de Haití para documentos dominicanos para la gente de TI y dejando de lado el hecho de que Haití tiene más de 6.000.000 haitianos sin certificados de nacimiento, no pueden votar no puede viajar, pero el énfasis está en los haitianos en el lado dominicano y NO en los millones de haitianos que sufren y los ilegales en su propio país.

Pero, ¿cómo está el Gobierno dominicano ha reaccionando a todas estas campañas en contra de su país, cultura, patrimonio, que incluso cuestionan su “ridícula historia??”, ¿Está el Gobierno poniendo encima de la defensa fuerte o se deja a los individuos y ha sido genufrexos o se ha arrodillado y se ha mostrado servil ante el país?. La respuesta puede sorprender de pocos, ya que el gobierno ha sido débil o simplemente, la comunidad internacional que desea transferir los problemas de Haití a la República Dominicana. Sólo los individuos y las pocas autoridades se enfrentan a toda esta campaña contra República Dominicana, de hecho muchos de ellos son abiertamente pro haitíano (un soberanismo irresponsable de Juan Bolivar Díaz) o propulsores la unión con Haití, y con el anzuelo sobre las grandes oportunidades que sería para Dominicana el desarrollo y la solución de la totalidad de los problemas de Haití. Haití se han convertido en el caballo Troya en el centro de la República Dominicana, en los conflictos étnicos a punto de estallar entre los 2 grupos nacionales que luchan por el aprovechamiento de sus recursos, los recursos, el espacio y todo esto con la ayuda de funcionarios corruptos del gobierno en la República Dominicana que han optado por mano de obra barata y miles de millones de dólares en préstamos por parte del Banco Mundial, utilizado por los líderes corruptos para su propio bien, a cambio de la gracia de la República Dominicana para eliminar la presión de Haití aliviar la válvula y para salvaguardar los EE.UU., Canadá, CARICOM y Francia de tener que lidiar con toda la pobreza. Esta verdad se mantiene en secreto para el pueblo Dominicano, la gran mentira por parte del Estado de proteger a las personas de las horribles consecuencias de la apertura a bordear pobreza masiva, crímenes, enfermedades, la deforestación y la carga para las arcas dominicanas, mientras que a la hora que actúa débil frente la bien diseñada campaña internacional propaganda con la finalidad de humillar al dominicano a renunciar a su soberanía nacional  llamándolos racistas, xenófobos, e incluso negar su patrimonio e historia, en comparación con la historia de Haití, pero al mismo tiempo desea enviar todos los haitianos a ese país que llaman racista y xenófoba, en lugar de ocuparse de los problemas reales en Haití, que es que sus políticos de la super elite de corruptos, que están convenientemente dejaron fuera de la conversación cuando vienen a Haití.

La gran mentira de la "Hermandad" entre ambos países que se estampa con orgullo destacó tanto por los gobiernos que fallan todo el tiempo, uno en el Hospital, donde hay residentes haitianos en medicina que tratan de burlarse de los dominicanos,  médicos y estudiantes haitianos que reciben con insultos y humillaciones a los pacientes Dominicanos con la complacencia de las autoridades del Ministerio de Salud Publica dominicana, a veces se niegan a atenderlo, pero se apresuran a ayudar a haitianos -sus hermanos-, actúan como en esta visita en que fueron sorprendidos en este encontro con la prensa e indignados los Dominicanos tienen que tienen que pagar por los servicios en la República Dominicana por sus servicios, mientras que los haitianos lo reciben en forma gratuita.

¿Cuánto tiempo durará el Gobierno dominicano va a mantener esta situación, con todos sus intereses financieros, Haití ha asignado el 30% de los contratos de reconstrucción en las manos de las elites del Partido de la Liberación Dominicana que debe complacer a Martelly y las demandas de Haití si quieren mantener las ofertas de reconstrucción. Cuando la sociedad entienda o se entere  y logre comprender las razones de todo esta propaganda y que deba renunciar a todo este beneficio económico de unos pocos y el caos para el resto de la sociedad Dominicana a cambio de el enriquesimiento de los peledeístas, mientras arrastra la República Dominicana hasta el cuarto mundo y nunca podrán resolver los problemas de Haití.

¿Cuánto tiempo durará la desinformación?. ¿Cuánto tiempo antes de que el pueblo dominicano se enteran de que el Contrato de Trabajo para BRACEROS desde la década de 1950 establece claramente que "En caso de nacimiento en la República Dominicana, los hijos deben ser registrados en su Consulado de Haití e informar a la inmigración" … lo que significa, que son los haitianos ciudadanos al igual que sus padres.

Al igual que Joseph Goebbels dijo: "La verdad es el enemigo de la mentira .. por extensión, el Enemigo del Estado". El Estado dirigido por líderes corruptos que se preocupan más billones para ellos, que la seguridad nacional de su país y el conflicto étnico alcanzable, que podría causar la muerte de miles y la invasión de las tropas extranjeras, que se desgarradoras de la soberanía nacional a favor de dar a ilegales haitianos, porque es el camino más fácil para la comunidad internacional.

These powerful statement show the truth behind many of the policies used by governments to control it people, This tool is the lies, told to their constituency to gain power or hide their true agenda regarding a policy or subject. .

Now going back to the subject of the HISPAÑOLA , The failure of the Haitian state to even conduct an election 2 years behind schedule and President Michel Martelly , facing constants protest demanding him to leave power, the news of the never ending corruption in his government, The US Department of State showing their disappointment with his lack of action to deal with corruption, drugs, and US biggest fear of a Haitian Mariel hitting the beaches of Florida due to the overwhelming poverty in Haiti which is fueled by the destruction of the Haitian land, the deforestation have eliminated 98% of the forest in Haiti, causing chaos and an incredible massive migration of hundred of thousands of Haitians to the Dominican Republic in just a few months , not to mention the other hundred of thousands or a few millions already there, all these people in extreme poverty crossing over to the DR or trying to escape to South America, The Bahamas, Jamaica , USA, Europe and Canada have created the worst human disaster in the American Continent. Haiti have become the hot potato that no one wants to deal with, who have receive overwhelming support " On paper and in many meetings " but no real answer to their problems , which are made worst by the rules and regulations of the World bank ,The International Monetary fund and other financial institutions that forces Haitians to by products from other countries instead of helping them farm and plant their own food.

On the other side of the Island and receiving all of the Haitian problems, are the Dominicans, a Country that have made significant advances in infrastructure, education, and democracy, but is being threaten to be dragged down with the weight of all the Haitian illegals and their needs and problems, The Dominican health system is collapsing due to the hundred of thousand of poor Haitians coming to use Free health care, free Schools, find jobs , and even use the government kitchens for the poor. This year Haiti budget for health care will be US$270,000,000 millions US dollars, Last year the DR spent US$130,000,000 dollars just in illegal Haitian women giving birth in the DR , and that amount does not include the Haitian men, children and women using other medical help. and leaving more than 50,000 Haitian children annually that do not return to Haiti with their parents and now the UN, and other organization are trying to pressure the DR to make them Dominicans citizen too.

How is this Haitian Chaos is being dealt with by the International community??? In a very simple and convenient way, to document as "Dominicans" as many Haitians as possible and to do this many organizations such a UN, the international court of human rights , USAID, European ,and Haitian groups are putting pressure on the Dominican Government and authorities to document as many as possible even when it violate the Constitution, TC and Bi-National Treaties between Haiti and DR. A well organized campaign to influence countries, and even regular folks against Dominicans have being in place for a few years now, But with the total collapse of Haiti after the eathquake , the failure of the Haitian state , this agenda agaisnt the DR is now more intense and more open with their ideas of  making Haiti part of the DR .  The latest campaign take us to Mexico were a magazine published an article with the tittle The APARTHEID of the Antille, The denationalization of 200,000 Dominicans, a number that does not appear in the registry and according to the JCE the number of people affected by the Constitutional court is about 30,000. a number that Haitians group refuse to accept and are calling to condem the DR and calling to boicot Dominican tourism to pressure the country into give up to Haiti's demand for Dominican documents for it people and leaving out the fact that Haiti have more than 6,000,000 haitians without birth certificates, they can not vote, can not travel, but the emphasis is on the Haitians on the Dominican side and not in the millions of Haitians suffering and illegals in their own country.

. But how is the Dominican Government reacting to all these campaigns against their country, culture, heritage , that even question redicule their History??? Is the Government putting up a strong defense or is it left to individuals to fight for their Country???..The answer might surprise a few, since the government have been weak or just on the side of the international community that want to transfer Haiti's problem to the DR. Only individuals and a few authorities are facing all this campaign against Dominicans, in fact many government official are openly pro Haiti or union with Haiti, and talk about the great opportunities that it would be for Dominicans to bring over all of Haiti's problems. Haiti have become the Troyan horse in the middle of the DR, an ethnic conflict waiting to explode between 2 National groups fighting for the same job, resources , space, and all these with the help of corrupt government officials in the DR that have opted for cheap labor and billions of dollars in Loans by the World Bank , used by corrupt leaders for their own good in exchange for allowing the Dominican Republic to be Haiti's pressure relieve valve and to safe guard the US , Canada, CARICOM and France from having to deal with the Haitian poverty . This truth is being kept secret from the Dominican people, a big lie by the state to shield the people from the horrible consequences of opening it border to massive poverty, crimes, sickness, deforestation, and the burden to the Dominican coffers ,while at the same time acting weak in front of a well design international propaganda to humiliate the Dominicans into giving up their National Sovereignty by calling them Racist, xenophobic, and even denying their heritage and history in comparison to Haiti's history, But at the same time wanting to send all Haitians to that country which they call racist and xenophobic , instead of dealing with the real problem in Haiti which is their Super Corrupt Elite politicians , which are conveniently  left out of the conversation when it come to Haiti.

The big lie of " Brotherhood " between both countries which is so proudly emphasized by both Governments all the time is failing fast, at one Dominican Hospitals , Haitians Doctors and Students insult and humiliate Dominicans patients, sometime refuse to help , but are quick to help their Haitians brothers, acts like this were reported in newspapers and outraged many Dominicans who pay for their services , while Haitians receive it for free in the DR.
How long will the Dominican Government going to keep up the LIE , with all their Financial interest In Haiti such as the 30% of the reconstruction contracts in the hands of the PLD elites who must please Martelly and Haiti's demand if they want to keep such profitable deals.  When will the people understand the reasons for all these propaganda and that all this giving up to Haiti is financial gain for the few and chaos for the rest, while dragging the Dominicans down to the 4th world and NEVER  fixing Haiti's problem.

How long will the misinformation last??. How long before the Dominican people find out that the labor contracts for BRACEROS since the 1950's clearly state that " In case of birth in the DR, the children must be register with their Haitian consulate and inform immigration" .. which mean, they are Haitians citizens just like their parents.

Like Joseph Goebbel said " The truth is the enemy of the lie .. by extension , the enemy of the state". a State run by corrupt leader who care more about Billions for them, than the National Security of their Country and the possible Ethnic conflicts that could cause the death of Thousands and the invasion of foreign Troops, which will devastate the National sovereignty in favor of giving it to illegals Haitians because it is the easy way out for the international community.
