Millares de hatianos ilegales invaden el territorio Dominicano

La salida de control de la presencia de haitianos ilegales han aumentado en toda la República Dominicana, desde que el presidente, Danilo Medina, se entregó al gobierno de Haití y a la comunidad internacional sus demandas para detener la deportación de todos los haitianos ilegales durante 18 meses. En una isla con una frontera imaginaria con unos 800 soldados para proteger a más de 380 kilómetros de las fronteras, es muy fácil violar para los miles de haitianos que entran a República Dominicana.
En las carreteras de la región del Cibao y en otras áreas, se puede ver los camiones y autobuses llenos de ilegales haitianos que llegan a diario, todos estos nuevos inmigrantes ilegales están tratando de aprovechar el Plan nacional para documentar los inmigrantes en el país, un plan que 90% de los dominicanos no aprueba, pero el Gobierno de Danilo Medina se ve que ha escuchado más a Haití y la Comunidad Internacional, en lugar de la mayoría de los dominicanos.

Este aumento de la presencia de los haitianos en el país ha hecho que la mayoría de los dominicanos que claman por ayuda de las autoridades, debido al aumento de la violencia, los crímenes, la destrucción del medio ambiente por los haitianos que cortan miles de árboles al año y la creación de cientos de arrabales dentro de todo el país como si fuera otra República Dominicana, especialmente cerca de zonas turísticas, tales como Bávaro, que han visto un rápido aumento en los crímenes contra turistas y dominicanos, de esta manera afecta a la economía principal de la del Turismo!, y el envío de una visión muy negativa de la República Dominicana, para muchos países europeos que no saben que se trata de haitianos y no de dominicanos.

El grito de ayuda de miles de dominicanos que exigen la deportación y el derecho a tener acceso al trabajo, la escuela, los hospitales, han caído en oídos sordos de todos los políticos de ambos partidos principales PLD y el PRD que se niegan incluso a hablar sobre el problema como si, el problema no ha tenido lugar, el PLD (Partido de la Liberación Dominicana), que han estado en el poder durante los últimos 14 años, los peledeístas no han hecho más que aumentar la presencia de ilegales haitianos, ofreciéndoles atención médica gratuita, educación gratuita, y todos los puestos de trabajo, que las élites tienen que ofrecer a una mano de obra más barata que han sustituido el trabajador dominicanos en violación de las leyes laborales del país.

Se sigue hoy mismo permitiendo entrar muchos haitianos, para que estén planeando con la ayuda de más de 100 OPG pro-haitiano o en español ONG, para obtener documentos dominicanos por millones, una situación que puede ser muy peligrosa, si se tiene en cuenta la amarga hostilidad entre ambas naciones . Uno de llorar por sentirse deportación invadieron de nuevo, y el otro diciendo claramente .. "nos estamos quedando, te guste o no." Para entender mejor la tirantez entre los dominicanos y los haitianos lo único que tienes que hacer es leer su historia de violencia y la desconfianza mutua. o leer los últimos artículos de periódicos y ver los comentarios entre dominicanos y haitianos. Para que importa peor, los políticos haitianos y los historiadores como Reinseinthe Paúl Joseph, dijo abiertamente que si Dominicana nos guste o no los dos países se unirán como una sola, una declaración que provocó muchas reacciones airadas de los Dominicanos que recuerdan su historia y los crímenes que los haitianos cometido cuando los haitianos invadieron el Estado Dominicano nuevamente independiente en febrero de 1822, apenas 3 meses después de la Dominicana obtuvo su independencia de España en diciembre de 1821 y también el genocidio de 1805.

En un momento, cuando todos los países del Caribe le dan la espalda a Haití, y deportan a los haitianos que llegan a sus países, a República Dominicana la han atacado en todos los frentes por las mismas naciones que no permiten la entrada de los haitianos, y llevando la campaña de los ataques es el Gobierno de Haití, llamando a los dominicanos racista e incluso xenófobo, Haití una nación que han recibido innumerables ayudas de laRepública Dominicana, especialmente después del terremoto, con estas acciones el gobierno haitiano ha despertado la animosidad y la sensación de que los haitianos son malagradecidos y sus enemigos. Los ataques están diseñados para obligar a la República Dominicana a absolver a los haitianos ilegales, y para asegurarse de que el país reciba la mayor cantidad de haitianos como sea posible y documentarlos como dominicanos a fin de que la República Dominicana, sea la válvula de alivio de presión de Haití de toda la pobreza es, una política que tiene la ira del 90% de todos los dominicanos, que se sienten traicionados por su propio gobierno, que tienen más ganancias financieras en los contratos de reconstrucción de Haití, que en la protección de las personas que propios de los problemas de Haití y el desempleo, y la carga de las arcas nacionales.

The out of control presence of Illegal Haitians have increased all over the Dominican Republic ,since President, Danilo Medina ,gave into the Haitian Government and the International communities demands to stop deportation of all illegal Haitians for 18 months. In an island with an imaginary border with about 800 soldiers to protect over 300 kilometers of borders, it is extremely easy for thousands of Haitians to enter the DR.
In the roads to the region of Cibao and other areas, you can see trucks and buses full of illegals Haitians coming in daily , all these new illegals immigrant are trying to take advantage of the National plan to document immigrants in the country, a plan that 90% of Dominicans do not approve, but the Government seen to have listened more to Haiti and the International Community , rather than the majority of Dominicans .

This increased presence of Haitians in the country have most Dominicans crying out for help from their authorities due to the increase in violence, crimes, the destruction of the environment by Haitians cutting down thousands of trees a year and the creation of hundred of chanty towns all other the DR, specially near tourist areas, such as Bavaro, which have seen a rapid increase in crimes against tourist and Dominicans, this way affecting the main economy in the Dr..Tourism!!!, and sending a very negative view of The Dominican Republic, to many European who do not know that those are Haitians and Not Dominicans.

The cry for help from thousands of Dominicans who demand deportation and the right to have access to jobs, school, hospitals , have fallen on deaf ears from all politicians on both main parties PLD and PRD who refuse to even talk about the problem as if ,the problem is not even taking place, The PLD ( partido de la Liberacion Dominicana), who have been in power for the last 14 years , have done nothing but to increase the presence of illegals Haitians by offering them free health care, free education, and all the jobs , that the elites have to offer to a cheaper labor force that have replaced the Dominicans worker in violation of the labor laws of the country.

Now ,the same party ,PLD have turn it back on the People and allowed as many Haitians to come in , who are planning with the help of more than 100 pro- Haitian NPG or in spanish ONG, to get Dominican Documents by the millions, a situation that can be extremely dangerous, if we take into account the bitter hostility between both Nations.. One crying for deportation feeling invaded all over again ,and the other clearly saying.. "we are staying whether you like or not". To better understand the animosity between Dominicans and Haitians all you have to do is read their history of violence , genocide and mutual distrust. or read recent news papers articles and see the comments between Dominicans and Haitians. To make matter worst ,Haitian politicians and historians such as Reinseinthe Paúl Joseph, openly said that whether Dominican like it or not both countries will be united as one , a statement that brought many angry reactions from Dominicans that remember their history and the crimes that Haitians committed when the Haitians invaded the newly independent Dominican state in February 1822, just 3 months after the Dominican gained their independence from Spain in December 1821 and also the genocide of 1805.

In a time, when all Countries in the Caribbeans have turn their back on Haiti, and deport any Haitian that come to their countries, The DR have been attacked in all fronts by the same Nations that do not allow illegals Haitians ,and leading the charge of the attacks is the Government of Haiti, calling Dominicans racist and even xenophobic , Haiti a Nation that have received countless aid from the DR, specially after the earthquake, with such actions the Haitian government have awaken the animosity and the feeling that Haitians are ungrateful enemies. The attacks are design to force the hands of the DR , to make sure the country receive as many illegals Haitians as possible and document them as Dominicans in order to make the DR , Haiti's pressure relief valve of all it poverty , A policy that have anger 90% of all Dominicans ,who feel betrayed by their own Government ,who have more financial gains in Haiti's reconstruction contracts , than in protecting it own people from the Haitian problems and the unemployment , and burden to the National coffer .

A recent article in the Listin Diario ,show how most of the influential members of the PLD have gained 30% of all the Reconstruction contracts in Haiti, and according to UN, the reconstruction will cost US$7-14 billions Dollars. A very large sum of money in the hand of the PLD policy makers, and a very good reason to keep Haiti happy, even if it take sacrificing the Nation.
There is no doubt the invasion by illegals will continue ,with the help of the International community ,who found the perfect place to dump the Haitian problem , while they guard, their beaches and airport against any Haitian trying to escape The Hispanola, and of course with the help of the Dominican and Haitian elites, who are working together to keep their endless supply of cheap labor in detriment of the Dominican people., the question is .. How much longer before this ethnic bomb explode in total violence??, while the powerful make millions and the poors of both Nations are left to fight for the few resources , jobs, schools and services in the Dominican Republic.
